Classes at Elitte Bartending School are held in English and Spanish, and run through every aspect of running a bar, either in your home or professionally. The school is co-owned by a pair of state-licensed teachers and approved through the Illinois Board of Education. The teachers, all experienced barkeeps, can provide real-world insight into drink slinging and can help each student hone their resume and job-hunting techniques. The 40-hour program grants a career-boosting Basset certification that will show bar owners you're a pro. During the flair class, students learn to flip bottles and perform tricks for that extra tip, the school helps improve mixing and pouring speed.
